One of the most common denominators in the unwell people I see is a simple old thing called “walking”! Or lack thereof!
You would be so surprised to see how by just walking, you can get yourself better of many ailments. Obviously if for whatever reason you can’t walk, that’s another thing. However, if you can walk and you don’t walk, you may want to start. If you are unfit, start with a few minutes a day and work your way up.
If you are making excuses for not walking, then STOP! The most common ones are “I am busy” “I don’t have time” etc
